晚餐

煙鴨胸帶子意大利飯、雞湯浸翡翠豆苗、煙三文魚、餐桌白酒。

不到一百元便造就了一桌豐盛。

我喜歡為自己喜歡的人做晚餐。更喜歡能與他一起做晚餐,覺得是一件很浪漫的事。所以我很努力地學習烹飪呢~

謝謝大家厚愛,但真相是:比較複雜的意大飯是他煮的,不必廚藝的翡翠豆苗是我煮熟的,煙三文魚是現買現吃的哪。哈哈。

通常煮食的是他。因為他覺得他永遠煮得比我好。野。

真的是自己弄的嗎?還不足一百元?太令人吃驚了﹗素心原是個很棒的入廚高手。不然的話,定是小熊先生這好丈夫了。
那個青綠的雞湯翡翠??好像很吸引,真的想試試啊。

Very nice food combination. Just a suggestion: since you like smoked salmon and duck with scallop, it seems that you like buttery type food. May I suggest you pair it with chardonnay next time instead of sauvignon blanc, sauvignon blanc is more for straight seafood courses. Just my personal humble opinion about wine.

Mushroom,意大利飯不算很難,多數意大利米包裝紙上都有教如何煮的,多試一兩次便能掌握了。

程霜:你好勁呀!當天我們原來是想喝Chardonnay的!但回家後才發現家裏最後一瓶Chardonnay已喝掉了,只好清棹別的存貨吧。

hehe...I eat salmon and duck-breast, but don't quite like the smoked version, and i am not fond of risotto...kind of picky towards food. =P
