You don't have to care about all the people in the team. After all, don't they have KPI to push them to do their job? Assign important tasks to people you can trust and have the ability to finish the job. That's what going on in my team. But my management style is a bit of dictatorship and i don't really mind about not motivating people... they are all professionals, should learn how to motivate themselves. It's not your job to take all the responsibilities onto yourself. Good luck!

有時亂和急都是一種條理或平衡。在特定的環境裏,行得通就是了。
